About Shawn Smith

Shawn Smith is a Wilmington native. His previous experience is in the medical field for over 30 years and he is also the owner of a wellness company, TACT (Touch Awareness Connection Team). 

 

Shawn’s professional background in the clinical laboratory industry gave him the opportunity to work as a corporate trainer at a leading clinical laboratory and as a phlebotomy instructor at a top area hospital as well as a local trade school. He is a licensed professional in body work for over 25 years and is a board-certified continuing education provider. He is also an engaging motivational speaker who shares information about wellness concepts related to healthy living, self-care, and fitness. 

 

He invests in people and builds lasting relationships. He brings this rapport, dedication, and commitment to the real estate arena and is diligent when assisting clients in buying or selling a home or assisting investors in finding the perfect investment property. 

 

Shawn is an avid runner who has participated in the Senior Olympics as a track and field athlete. He is a supporter of the American Breast Cancer Society, Veteran’s Affairs and Gold Star Families.
